Legal Notices
IUBH Internationale Hochschule GmbH (hereafter IUBH) makes every effort to ensure that the material contained in its web site is up-to-date, accurate and complete. Nevertheless, even with the most careful processing of the information, it cannot be completely ruled out that errors may occur.

Online Content
IUBH reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided on its website.  Liability claims against IUBH which refer material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the featured information, or through the use of faulty and incomplete information, are excluded as a matter of principle, provided that there is no evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of IUBH.  All offers are subject to change and are non-binding.  IUBH explicitly reserves the right to alter, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

References and Links
On May 12 1998 the regional court (LG) Hamburg decreed that website providers can be held responsible for the contents of any linked pages. According to LG Hamburg, the only way to disclaim responsibility is to expressly dissociate oneself from these contents. IUBH has set up links on its website. With these references to external websites which lie outside the sphere of IUBH’s responsibility, a liability obligation would only become effective in the event that IUBH has knowledge of the content and it would be technically feasible and reasonable to expect IUBH to prevent the usage of the external website in the event of illegal content. IUBH expressly declares that at the time of activating the links there was no illegal content on the linked pages. IUBH has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and contents of linked pages. Therefore, IUBH hereby explicitly dissociates itself from all contents of all linked pages that were modified after the activation of the link. This declaration is valid for all links and references within its own internet site as well as for any external entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists. Liability for any illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages which result from the use or non-use of such information, lies exclusively with the provider of the site to which these links refer, and not with the one who merely refers to the respective content via links.

Copyright and Trademark Law
IUBH strives to respect the copyright laws of the graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts used in all its publications, and to use self-created items or licence-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts. All protected trademarks and brand names that appear on the website are unrestrictedly subject to the terms of the respective and valid trademark law and the rights of the respective registered owner. The mere fact that a trademark is mentioned should not lead to the conclusion that it is not protected by the rights of third parties! The copyright protection for published materials created or commissioned by IUBH remains exclusively with IUBH and the commissioned company. Any duplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express permission of IUBH and company involved.  The layout of the homepage, the graphics and images provided, the collection and individual contributions are protected by copyright.

Legal Validity of this Disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as a part of the internet publication from which you have been referred to this page. If sections or specific formulations of this text no longer comply, fully or partially, with the applicable law, the content and validity of the remaining parts of the document remains unaffected.

Online Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes with IUBH, the online dispute resolution platform of the EU Commission for online dispute resolution would be responsible: However, IUBH rejects participation in dispute settlement proceedings.
